Surrounded by the gentle Tuscan hills of vines and olive trees, not far from the Renaissance historical center of Montepulciano, along the border between the Valdichiana and the Artistic, Natural and Cultural Park of Val d’Orcia (Unesco World Heritage Site), on the slopes of “Monte Cappuccini” (between 650 and 700 meters above sea level), stands “Borgo Poggiardelli”, a unique structure born from the passion, sacrifice and love for the territory of the Banini family, attentive to carefully adhere to the ancient construction techniques and the quality of the materials, in full respect of the environment.
Borgo Poggiardelli is surrounded by the gentle Tuscan hills of vines and olive trees and it overlooks an unspoiled landscape with numerous paths, both on foot and by bicycle, which cross a forest rich in tree species (oaks, maples, holm oak and white fir trees, in addition to the characteristic pines and cypresses) .
The property is not far from the Renaissance historical center of Montepulciano, it’s easily accessible by car and has a convenient and large private indoor car park. With a pleasant 10-minute walk, breathing fresh and healthy air, it is possible to arrive at the ancient Hermitage of “La Maddalena”, a spiritual place of peace and contemplation dating back to 1532.The building is cared for in every detail, in harmony with the rural architectural traditions of the area, perfectly integrating the historical, cultural and environmental context of the Tuscan countryside.
The jewel of the Borgo is the marble swimming pool set in a green area equipped with a solar shower, sun loungers, chairs and tables.
Guests can enjoy a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
